Terms and Conditions for Dermabeauties/Amiecontebeauty LTD

Information:

  • All patients must provide contact details, including full name, date of birth, email address, and telephone number to secure an appointment.
  • A Medical Questionnaire must be completed before the first appointment for consultation or treatment and a consent form will be sign before treatment can take place.
  • Patient information is treated confidentially and protected under Data Protection legislation, not shared with third parties.
  • Opt-out option available for mailing list subscription.

New Patient Consultations:

  • Stand-alone consultation appointments are available before treatment.
  • Patients are encouraged to ask questions to fully understand treatment benefits and risks.
  • Complimentary consultations are offered, but failure to attend or late cancellation may incur a £50 fee.
  • Consultation and some treatments may occur on the same day with mutual agreement.

Treatment Appointments:

  • A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all treatments, redeemable against any treatment within 12 months. 
  • Course of treatments in a package requires 72 hours’ notice for cancellation; failure results in treatment forfeiture.
  • Avoid clinic attendance if unwell, especially with COVID-19 symptoms, colds, cold sores, or local skin infections.
  • Routine review appointments are offered after Botulinum Toxin, but no additional treatment is provided after the 2-3 week review period.

Policy on Children:

We regret that we are unable to allow children to remain unaccompanied in the reception area.

 

  • Patients under 18 are not treated.

  • Children are not allowed in treatment.

Policy on Pets:

We regret that we are unable to allow pets in the treatment rooms for hygiene reasons.

Promotional Offers:

All offers are limited to one offer per person and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or product purchases.

Payment:

  • £50 non-refundable deposit is payable on booking, redeemable against
  • Full costs of proposed treatment plans are disclosed, and payment is taken in full at the time of treatment.

 

  • Cash, bank transfers, major debit or credit cards are accepted.
  • Discretionary deposits may be required for certain treatments or circumstances.

Refunds:

  • Treatment costs are non-refundable once treatment has begun.
  • Fees cover consultation, assessment, information, advice, safe treatment, follow-up appointments, and aftercare.

Packages:

Failure to arrive or provide less than 48 hours’ notice for a package appointment results in deduction from the package.

Feedback:

Positive or negative feedback is appreciated and can be submitted verbally, via email, or by calling the clinic.

Complaints:

Patients with concerns about treatment are entitled to make a complaint in person, by telephone, or in writing via email or We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days.
